Membership:
| Wives, Widows, Mothers, Grandmothers, Stepmothers, Sister, Daughter, Granddaughter, Step-daughters, Daughters-in-Law, and Aunts of a Marine, former Marine or FMF Corpsman eligible to belong to the Marine Corps League, Inc. (not less than 16 years of age) or Woman Marine (Former, Active, Reserves). |

Each new member will receive a Membership Card and MCLA Membership Pin.
